There is no denying the fact that some people indulge in unfair practices during election in India. The ruling party misuses the government facilities. Rich candidates use money and openly distribute clothes and even wine among the people, especially the poor people to buy their votes. Some unsocial elements try to capture booths and cast votes on behalf of the illiterate rural people . Many steps have been taken to ensure free and fair elections in India.
